Eleven O' Three is based in Los Angeles, California. 

In order to cancel or edit an order, you must do the following within 24 hours after you’ve placed your order:

To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our email with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#3561)'). 

To edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact via email with the subject 'Order Edit' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Edit (#3561)').

​​*If you do not follow these instructions within the 24-hour time frame or earlier, your order will not be able to cancel or edited.

All confirmations will be sent to the email provided, once your order is successfully transmitted.​

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (Shipping fees, as well as taxes, will be added at the end of your checkout): 


All orders will be shipped between- 3-10 Business Days.Business days include Monday-Friday only!! Holidays may cause delays. 

We accept PayPal and/or Stripe. The following credit cards through PayPal and Stripe include Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and almost any other kind of credit or debit card.

Yes. All payments on the site are processed and protected by PayPal and/or Stripe.
